After enrolling, you receive scheduled and random check-in requests on your phone. Each check-in verifies your identity against your GPS location with biometric verification. Completed check-ins are reported automatically to whoever oversees your case, such as the court, your attorney, or a supervising officer.

Then fill out your information and completely build out your first schedule. You receive the link to download the SecureCheck app after submitting your enrollment application, and the download links are also available on this page. After that, you can change your schedules directly through the app. During monitoring, stay inside your permitted zones during your permitted time frames and make sure you answer your verification calls.
Yes. ShadowBriety pairs the app with a BACtrack mobile breathalyzer (sold separately) to deliver court-admissible breath tests. Photo verification confirms who took each test, and results report automatically.
Yes. Most of the time it is your attorney who handles this, but others involved in your case can as well. There are two options. The referral form is used by attorneys, courts, and agencies to refer someone into the program and designate who receives compliance notifications. A pre-approval letter can also be requested, which confirms eligibility before a hearing and gives you a letter to present to the court showing that monitoring is already arranged.
When you complete your term, Shadowtrack issues a completion letter documenting your compliance history, which you or your attorney can provide to the court.
